Director of Sales (EHS) [RW-11606]

A rapidly expanding EHS consulting firm is seeking a Director of Sales to help develop an expanding client list and growth of the overall c ompany. The Director of Sales will meet and coordinate with potential customers to assist them in the development of solutions regarding their EHS requirements and regulatory compliance.  This person will also be tasked with identifying new customers, complementary business opportunities, and tracking market trends

The Role:

  • Develop annual sales initiatives to support company growth targets and goals.
  • Monitoring of market trends, as well as client and competitor activity, providing feedback to the executive team.
  • Manage the implementation and execution of sales process and transition to divisional team members for development and implementation.
  • Manage key customer relationships and preside over closing of strategic opportunities.
  • Assist with the development of marketing initiatives.

 The Candidate: 

  • 8+ years of Ammonia compliance and/or EHS sales & consulting experience
  • Strategic thinker and customer focused.
  • Independent leader able to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ideal candidate will have experience with PSM.
  • Bachelor’s degree in EHS-related field.
  • Professional certification (ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, etc.) preferred.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout New England and the Northeast.
