A local life sciences organization is seeking an EHS and Facilities Manager to lead the company's facilities and EHS programs in Boston, MA. The incumbent will work closely on developing programs, culture, and compliance within EHS and facilities.
The Role:
- Develop, strategize and implement a long-term plan for facilities and safety
- Act as facilities and EHS liaison for multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Providing practical and technical expertise, advice, and solutions
- Communicate and build a strong safety culture for the company
- Influences management to drive safety performance
The Candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in OHS, IH, Physical Science/Engineering
- 6+ years’ Facilities & EHS experience
- Strong communication skills, ability to lead and coordinate with employees at all levels
