Wind Project Site Safety Manager

Location: multi-city

Banda Group International, LLC has three Wind Projects we need to staff for the EHS Management position. The ideal candidates will have 5 years of construction safety experience or a college degree in Occupational Safety and Health.

Must have at least 1 year of wind turbine experience.

Support Safety Related Function Requirements:

  • Electrical Safety
  • Fall Protection
  • Lockout/Tag out LOTO
  • Three years of Wind Industry Experience
  • Incident investigation and RCA experience
  • Crane, rigging, and Powered Industrial Truck Safety Experience
  • Contractor Safety Management
  • Training
  • First Aid
  • CPR
  • AID
  • One Week LOTO training from ELC
  • Tower Recue Training (TSL SRK-11/Spark Kit/Tractel)


  • They must be able to climb a wind turbine and perform a hub entry
  • Computer proficient and able to generate managerial reports
  • Excellent communication skills and able to conduct EHS Meetings
